HA :: The Perfect Mesmer
Honestly the perfect mesmer would be something to shut down every skill class and build imaginable right now
So I have put together this skillbar to help out everyone in the future
Psychic Distraction
Diversion
Shame
Channeling
Consume Corpse
Imagined Burden
Unatural Signet or Spirtual Pain
Rez Sig
If you wanted to counter Zerg Way [the team with only paragons and warriors] you would need to put in Soothing Images or that other skill which i cant remeber that doesnt basically the same thing
I would take out Shame for that because Diversion > Shame
PD - Used for capturing an Altar .. generally in my opinion the best domination elite
Diversion - Always a must on domination mesmer .. Fack those monks up
Shame - Good energy management .. Good energy drain .. Good interrupt
Channeling - You're going to need it for your energy management
Consume Corpse - You > Jagged Bones
Imagined Burden - LOL @ RELIC RUNS
Unnatural Signet / Spirtual Pain - Its really your choice but its meant for teams that use spirits [ I would pick spirtual pain because you could alone kill a team by yourself if its constantly recharging ]
Rez Sig - always a must

Their's not much this build can do really...what do you do against Steady Stance Paragon way or something? Only a few of those skills you have up there are useful for fighting a team like that. Your build can't do much against hex removals and Song of Concentration, as PD won't go through SoC. CC isn't going to do anything against Jagged Bones if they already have some minions up. Imagined Burden can be easily removed. You're speccing in 4 attributes, not counting Fast Casting, so that's not a good thing.
Your build has quite a few problems with it. I would say it is far from perfect.

Honestly mesmers arent meant for hex removals they are meant for shutting down the other team... monks take care of the hexes bud
About song of concentration
You find the paragon on the other team you interrupt that then you switch to the Ghostly Hero and interrupt him
Not difficult to do considering ive done it numerious times
Consume Corpse does everything against Jagged Bones... lol the only way that team constantly survives is because of the constant spammage of minions across the map.. if you have a team with AoE spells or physical damage you would win every time if you took out the Minions first thing making sure their energy would never be at full for the rest of the map
Use Shame or Soothing Images to cover up on Imagined Burden?
I mean honestly if you're not going to put up a good arguement for your suggestions then I suggest that you dont suggest

i belive I phoenix I has made a valid point as you did, however, if you are not willing to take critics, i suggest to you stay away from making post in a public space as it is GW Guru, and by the way, i do also think your build is far from.... perfect, i mean, please perfect ..... ^^

because there are virtually only 4 builds that are being ran now
ZergWay
Spirit Spam
Jagged Bones
Signet of Mystical Wrath
of course when/if it returns back to 8v8 the mesmer build will still be pretty versatile BUT it will no longer be perfect

Well I accept critism honestly I dont care about that
But where does it say that I cant disagree with it?
Honestly that build that I posted is probably one of the best and most versatile mesmers bars out there right now [of course nothing is ever perfect because it always lacks in some arena, but because of the fact that it is better than any other mesmer bar out there right now; being the only mesmer in the team that is; it is considered perfect in my mind]

im afraid your imagined burder will get removed in 1 sec .
plus shame & diversion spamming is annoying but that is not enough to shut down a monk.
your build it make have no pressure and damage , those kind of build dont work well on 6v6
